Personal Items Policy
Weather Delays/Cancellations, Camp Change of Structure, Date, Location & Postponement Policy
- You can register online for any USF Soccer Camp at www.usfsoccercamp.com. After you have registered for any of our camps online, you will receive an immediate registration confirmation via email. Boys and Girls camps are run separately and will need to be registered for separately.
Deposits & Payments.
- We do offer a payment option during registration. You must at least pay the deposit when registering and the remaining funds will need to be paid 1-month prior to your camp's start date. These funds will be auto-billed with the CC on file. You will be notified of the charge 1-week prior to billing.
2026 Camp Refund Policy.
- Due to contracts with service providers, facilities, travel arrangements that need to be made in advance with coaching staff, and other operational expenses incurred prior to camps; partial refunds can only be given, if requested in writing and received by the camp office no later than 30 days prior to the camp start date. A written refund request must be sent via email to the camp administrator’s email address [email protected], outlining the camper’s name, camp session, and request for refund, with a stated reason for cancellation. Each camp has a non-refundable fee that cannot be refunded for any reason. The non-refundable fee for each camp is outlined below:

- ½ Day Training Camps: $210.00 Non-Refundable Fee
- Full Day Camps: $245.00 Non-Refundable Fee
- Elite Day Camps: $295.00 Non-Refundable Fee
- ID Camps: $295.00 Non-Refundable Fee
- 4-Day Commuter Training Camp: $285.00 Non-Refundable Fee
- 4 Day Residential/Academy Experience Camp: $350.00 Non-Refundable Fee
- Soccer Performance Center: $135 Non-Refundable Fee
2026 Camp Cancellation Insurance (CCI) Option
- We offer for all our camps and clinics a Camp Cancellation (CCI) Insurance option that can be purchased at the time of online registration. The CCI rates are much lower than our non-refundable fees; if a camper needs to cancel for any reason prior to camp, they will be refunded the full amount paid less the CCI fee paid.

- ½ Day Training Camps: $55.00 Non-Refundable CCI Fee
- Full Day Training Camps: $85.00 Non-Refundable CCI Fee
- Elite Day Training Camps: $99.00 Non-Refundable CCI Fee
- ID Camps: $99.00 Non-Refundable CCI Fee
- 4-Day Commuter Training Camp: $120.00 Non-Refundable CCI Fee
- 4-Day Residential Camp: $150.00 Non-Refundable CCI Fee
- Soccer Performance Center: $104 Non-Refundable CCI Fee
2026 Damage Policy (Residential Campers Only)
- If a camper's room is damaged in anyway, a $75.00 charge will be assessed and the fee will be charged to the account provided and used to make payment at the time of registration. At camp checkout, each camper's room must also be cleared by their coach for no damage, and once completed, the camper will be given a ticket/receipt at checkout. If damage is noted, the account on file will be charged the damage fee.
What to Bring to Camp.
- Soccer cleats (preferably broken in)
- Sneakers for the walk to lunch and for playing inside if the weather is bad
- Sunscreen
- Athletic shorts, shirt, soccer socks (synthetic materials are better in the heat)
- Change of clothes
- Backpack
- Insulated water bottle
- Soccer ball
- Snack (we take a mid-morning snack & hydration break)

Camp Gear.
USF Soccer Camp gear will be available for purchase during registration and limited amounts will be at check-in during camps.
Available gear will include:
- Soccer balls (size 4 & 5)
- Unlimited Powerade Bottles
- T-shirts
- Jerseys
Goalkeeper Training.
- Goalkeeper training will be available for all levels at all of our camps. Training is designed by the USF coaches. Goalkeeper training will take place during the mornings, goalkeepers will then be integrated back into their groups to compete in small-sided and full field games. You must register as a goalkeeper during registration to receive training.
Camp Store.
- At all of our Full Day Camps, Young Stars Camps and Overnight Camps, a camp store will be available. At the store, campers will be able to use their camp bank cards to purchase snacks and more. Camp bank balances will be created at Check In. These deposits MUST BE CASH ONLY. We recommend $70-80 for an Overnight Camp, $40 - $50 for a Full Day Camp and $30 - $40 for a Young Stars Camp. If extra funds need to be added during the week, please bring cash the following morning at drop off. *Please note that any remaining camp bank balance CANNOT be refunded.
Staying Hydrated at Camp.
- Drinking plenty of fluids is the best way to remain and stay hydrated while at camp. This is incredibly important, we will have large drinking coolers of water at all of our camps and provide plenty of water and shade breaks. In addition, we offer a hydration package during registration for all our campers. You can purchase an unlimited Powerade bottle. This custom camp bottle will be picked up during check-in and will give campers access to unlimited cold Powerade on the fields all week. With the time on the field and the summer heat, electrolytes will help boost energy levels and help campers stay hydrated. If you did not purchase this during registration, one can be purchased during check-in.
Personal Items Policy
- Florida Soccer Lab is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items a camper, their guests, or family bring to camp, and is not responsible to replace them in anyway. Parents, guests, family, and campers who bring personal items, including cell phones, or any other electronic devices, cash, balls, or personal items, bring them at their own risk. In the event an item is lost, you will need to contact the camp office at [email protected], to let them know, and they will try to locate the item, but they cannot guarantee in any way that it will be found. Florida Soccer Lab is unable to guarantee that if it is found, that it will be in their possession at the time you come to pick it up. Florida Soccer Lab ts owners, operators, coaches and staff, affiliated vendors and other colleges and universities represented, the State of Florida, and their heirs, assigns or successors in interest of any and each of them from any and all liability which may result or arise from the loss, theft, or damage of any of a camper's, guests, or family's, personal belongings, including electronic devices, cash, balls, or any other personal items.
Weather Delays/Cancellations, Camp Change of Structure, Date, Location & Postponement Policy
- In the event that inclement weather prohibits campers to train outside at any of our events, if indoor facilities are available, campers will be moved inside to train, or will be brought to a safe indoor or covered area until the weather has passed. Florida Soccer Lab will do its best under these circumstances and the facilities being used, to keep the players active, but their safety is our first priority. If a training session is missed during an event and is unable to be taken indoors, we will do our best to make up that session during the remainder of the event. Florida Soccer Lab is unable to issue any type of credit or refund for inclement weather prior to or during an event, many expenses have already been paid for to hold the event. In the case of a catastrophe, such as but not limited to a natural disaster, hurricane, flood, earthquake, crime or terrorism, sickness outbreak, pandemic, or war; and Florida Soccer Lab is unable to hold the event, Florida Soccer Lab will retain the right to alter the camp structure, postpone the event to a later date, or move the camp to a different location; and Florida Soccer Lab retains the right to alter the camp structure, decide the postponement date and location, and retain all registration fees paid for the camp. If a camp is fully cancelled and not moved to a different location or postponed to a later date, and it will not be held, families will receive a full refund.
