Florida Soccer Lab
The USF Men’s Soccer Staff and Players are opening an exclusive Soccer Performance Center for youth players who want to separate themselves from the competition. This is supplemental training to your clubs training— it’s a high-intensity environment focused on developing game-changing skills.
Every Player will get USF Training T-shirt and exclusive access to USF Men’s soccer Game Day Experience, pre-game meetings in the locker-room with the team, match warm -up, ball boys throughout the match and post -game talk with the team.
The USF Soccer Staff will be in attendance at each session as well members of the team. All trainings at the school will be very individualized and the player to coach ratio will be 1 coach for every 6 players.
Session Topics to Choose From
Small Group 1v1 Attacking & Goal Scoring
Train in small groups of no more than 6 players to guarantee personal attention. Learn to dominate 1v1 matchups, create scoring chances, and finish with confidence — all under the guidance of USF coaches and players.
Specialized Goalkeeper Training
For goalkeepers ready to step up, we’re offering limited goalkeeper slots with position-specific training. From shot-stopping to footwork, this is your chance to get the focused reps you can’t find anywhere else.
Individual 1-on-1 Training - Individual Training is $570
Take your development to the next level with exclusive 1-on-1 sessions designed to maximize growth. Personalized attention from USF staff ensures every rep is tailored to your game.
